Managing Director – OMILAYE SA
A civil engineer specialising in rural water and forestry engineering, KOUAME AIME LOUKOU is a graduate of ENGREF-Paris and also holds degrees in project management (CEFEB Marseille) and management (IAE – Paris Sorbonne Panthéon University).
With over 27 years of experience at SODECI, he has led major projects in operations, sanitation, customer relations and infrastructure modernisation, including the implementation of the GIS for the drinking water and sanitation network.
Since October 2025, he has been Managing Director of OMILAYE SA, a subsidiary of the Eranove Group dedicated to the production, distribution and marketing of drinking water in rural areas in Benin.
Committed to the development of the water sector in Africa, he has been Chairman of the Specialised Committee on Technical Management of Drinking Water Supply of the African Water and Sanitation Association and a member of the Management Committee of the IWA Water Loss Specialist Group.
