Making decisions with strong governing bodies
Thanks to the CSR experience of Emerging Capital Partners (ECP), one of Eranove’s leading shareholder management companies, the Eranove group has established a system of governance in line with the international practices promoted by socially responsible investors.
This system is based on six committees, three of which report to the Board of Directors.
