Through its subsidiary, K\u00e9ni\u00e9 Renewable Energy, on 18th June 2015 the Eranove group signed a 30-year concession agreement with the Republic of Mali\u2019s government for the financing, development, construction and operation of the K\u00e9ni\u00e9 42 MW hydroelectric plant at Baguin\u00e9da, on the Niger river, 35km east of Bamako.<\/p>\n

In June 2018, K\u00e9ni\u00e9 Renewable Energy began the EPC tendering process (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) for the plant\u2019s construction, a decisive step in the project\u2019s implementation.<\/p>\n
