Ralph Olay\u00e9 is Director of Development and Project Management at Eranove, the leading pan-African industrial group in public service management and electricity and drinking water production. He oversees the Group’s development and geographical expansion, drawing on expertise acquired over several decades of activity on the continent in structuring, financing, implementing and operating projects in the essential areas of water, electricity and digital access.<\/p>\n
Previously, Ralph held various positions at the African Development Bank, including programme performance and execution manager, coordinator of large-scale and regional infrastructure programmes, and resource mobilisation manager for the African Development Fund, which supports the economic development of low-income and fragile countries in Africa.<\/p>\n
Before contributing to infrastructure development in Africa, Ralph Olay\u00e9 demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills by supporting the international development of Egis Projects (Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts Group) and founding a start-up related to process automation.
He is an Engineer-Economist from Ecole Centrale Paris, holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from HEC Paris.<\/p>\n
Ralph Olay\u00e9 also has the honour of being a Fellow of Archbishop Desmond Tutu, a member of the African Leadership Network and Africa 2.0, and has twice been ranked among the Choiseul Institute’s Emerging Economic Leaders of the African Continent.<\/p>\n

Ralph Olay\u00e9<\/strong> is the Managing Director of Eranove\u2019s project development and management, the leading pan-African industrial group in public services management and electricity and drinking water production. He directs different projects that are introduced by Eranove. In order to do this, he draws on the expertise that the Group has acquired through several decades of work on the continent in structuring<\/strong>, financing<\/strong>, implementation<\/strong> and operation<\/strong> in the essential specialisations, which are water<\/strong>, electricity<\/strong>, and digital access<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In the African Development Bank, Ralph held several posts, particularly as manager of programme performance and execution<\/strong> and, before that, as coordinator of large-scale regional infrastructure programmes, leading to the endorsement of 54 African Heads of State from the African Union Programme for the development of infrastructure in Africa (PIDA), and he also lead the infrastructure project preparation facility NEPAD.
