eranove Group has many project management references, the most recent being the management of the CIPREL combined cycle construction project: CIPREL IV

CIPREL IV represents a total investment of 340 million Euros, raised thanks to the commitment of CIPREL’s majority shareholder to investments in Côte d’Ivoire: the French eranove group (83% of the shares), and through it ECP (Emerging Capital Partners), a leader in investment capital in Africa.

Eranove has proved its capacity to invest and its financial and legal expertise. eranove knows how to reassure and mobilise lenders and investors, especially thanks to ECP, eranove’s reference shareholder.

Human resource management

Eranove group encompasses over 8,500 African employees within its four subsidiaries. The levels of skills, development and involvement of all the employees is one of the group’s essential strategic policies. The group philosophy is to make teams aware of their responsibility at all levels. This approach encourages innovation and releases the creative spirit of its employees thus creating continuous progress. To achieve this, Eranove has implemented tools and methods that are currently one of the group’s specificities.
