The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles, and especially a strong customer orientation and the motivation and commitment of management, a process approach and continuous improvement. ISO 9001:2008 helps make sure that customers get consistent products and services of a good quality with, in return, good commercial result

All the group companies are in a gradual Quality certification process.

  • SDE is ISO 9001 version 2008 Quality certified on its entire perimeter
  • CIPREL is ISO 9001 version 2008 Quality certified on its entire perimeter
  • SODECI: SODECI’s Abidjan production assets are ISO 9001 version 2008 Quality certified
  • CIE:  production, transmission and dispatching are ISO 9001version 2008 Quality certified
